Laura Faber cordially invites you to a luncheon on February 27 honoring three women known in the community for mentoring others.  This Celebration of Women Mentoring Women will honor Martha A. The 2009 House Concert Series is currently under way! This season we have concerts featuring Beth Nielsen Chapman, Hal Ketchum, Maura O’Connell, and The Sweethearts of the Rodeo. The Maternal Infant Health Outreach Worker (MIHOW) Program has a powerful yet practical mission — to stimulate the birth and growth of low-cost, parent-to-parent interventions that improve health and child development for low-income families.

In the communities of the South lies a treasure of underutilized resources: the people. Despite severe financial hardships and neglect by mainstream America, the people remain optimistic and hopeful about the future.
